Welcome to our website dedicated to yachts and the sea.

We created DDG (Dontsov Design Group) to popularize classic sailing and make the marine lifestyle accessible and simple. Our team has been designing, building and repairing sailing yachts since 1998. DDG offers practical yacht building guides, stadiplans and working drawings. We also design to order using plywood-fiberglass technology and can perform any type of repair work on hulls made of wood, plywood, fiberglass or composite materials, including spars, rigging and sails.   

The DDG office is located on the schooner “IRYNA”, which is sailing around the world. We describe these travels in our books. On board the schooner we design, write articles and texts, conduct remote consultations and coordinate the construction of boats. At the same time, on the open sea we test all our ideas and the viability of the design.
